Description of the Service

Deen Routine is a companion app for prayer times, qibla direction, Quran reading and listening, and dhikr tracking. Its Quranic text, translations, transliterations, tafsir, and recitation audio are sourced from established third-party providers and are presented for personal study and worship, not created by us.

Religious Content

Translations, transliterations, and tafsir are provided for convenience and study. No translation can capture every nuance of the original Arabic, and for matters of religious ruling or interpretation, please consult a qualified scholar. Prayer times and the qibla direction are calculated estimates based on standard astronomical methods and the location you provide, and may differ slightly from the schedule followed by your local mosque.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to use Deen Routine lawfully and not to misuse it — for example, by attempting to disrupt the app, reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or use it in a way that could harm others. You are responsible for the accuracy of the location and preferences you enter.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Deen Routine Plus unlocks routines and Focus Shield, as a subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. All payments are processed by Apple through your App Store account; prices are shown in the app before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in your App Store settings, and cancelling stops future charges without affecting the period already paid for. Purchases can be restored on any device signed into the same Apple Account. Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store terms.

Intellectual Property

Deen Routine's design, code, and branding belong to its developers. The Quranic text, audio recitations, translations, and tafsir made available in the app remain the property of their respective sources and are used under the terms those sources permit. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that content to you.

No Warranty

Deen Routine is provided "as is." Features that depend on a network connection, such as streamed recitation audio, depend on third-party services we do not control and may not always be available. Prayer times and qibla direction are estimates and should be verified against local sources where precision matters.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Deen Routine's developers are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on calculated prayer times or unavailable third-party content.

Changes to the App or These Terms

We may update Deen Routine and these terms over time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.

Termination

You may stop using Deen Routine at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue features of the app, including third-party services it relies on, at any time.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [jurisdiction — to be confirmed], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
